Ugh! So much to tell. I went a month ago to buy a washing machine and a refrigerator. When they arrived, the washing machine had brown holes inside (it was basically making a mess), and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. To exchange them, I had to go back to choose others of the same price. Two weeks later, I chose another washing machine, but the delivery guys left me stranded at almost 10 pm (they delivered the next day). I chose a different refrigerator, which they showed me wrapped up and told me they couldn't remove the plastic. When it arrived the next day, it was wrecked on the outside; it looked like Wolverine had taken a swipe at it. A week later, I chose yet another refrigerator. All this time, I had to complain, going there constantly, and they ignored everything. When they brought the refrigerator, the delivery guys tried to leave me stranded again, and I refused (they called me about this at 9:30 pm). After a month, everything is finally sorted out, not because of them, but because of my persistence, and they haven't even asked if everything is alright. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place!!!!

This place is incredibly unprofessional. I bought a washing machine, and they replaced the door, wrapped it in plastic, and stuffed paper inside the drum (it looked brand new and a real bargain). The overly friendly salesperson told us the machine was new, with only minor cosmetic imperfections, so we bought it. When we got home and plugged it in, it wouldn't stop washing. So we had to load the machine into the car and back to the store. I absolutely do not recommend visiting this establishment of scammers, and the customer service was appalling... the man behind the counter was incredibly rude when we brought in the machine because it was defective.

They sell defective second-hand appliances. I bought a washing machine in October, it broke down in March, and after four calls a day, they replaced it after a week and a half. The next one only lasted two months. After refusing to give me a refund, they told me they would replace it again. They stood me up the first day, and the second day they brought me another broken one. They told me again they would replace it, but they never showed up again. So I went and bought another one from a decent place.

We bought a Candy washer-dryer for €299. We started using it daily after two months, and it broke down in the third month. The repair service came and fixed it, but it broke down again two weeks later. They took it away, and after two months they brought it back, only for it to break down again the next day.
After many fruitless calls, going to the store and making a scene to get a replacement with the same specifications or a refund, they offered us a voucher or told us to pay an extra €170 to get a new washing machine.
This is the height of shamelessness. They are thieves and swindlers selling defective machinery.
I'm going to go there every day to file a complaint until I get what I paid for.

My experience with this company has been terrible. They say the appliances are new, but that's not true. They look like they're new, but they're repaired with scrap metal. They sell you electronics that don't work, and you have to beg them to give you one that at least works. When they installed my washing machine, they broke the dishwasher and the countertop. They take no responsibility for anything, and the only option is to file a complaint. Don't make my mistake, buy somewhere else.
