First time we were waiting for two hours.
We gave them all the documents for them to be ready for a second visit.
Today, the second visit they are running around because they obviously didn’t bother to have it all ready.

We were assigned this notary public to file Spanish citizenship applications based on our sephardic ancestry. Well located in downtown Málaga, comfortable with modern decor. Attentive interaction with all the personnel, especially Don Miguel Krauel Alonso, the notary. We were happy our foreign credit cards worked smoothly. Recommended.

I've been going to this notary's office for over twenty years, and Mr. Antonio's service is always exceptional: friendly, attentive, and above all, truthful. He provides accurate information on how to carry out notarial procedures, the meaning of what needs to be done, and the steps to follow with other institutions, even when it's not his responsibility to advise on matters that should be handled by a management agency. And he does all this without charging for his services. Special mention goes to Pepe Cobo, the most proactive and efficient person I could ever meet.

This notary office is a disgrace. I requested an appointment on a Tuesday because I urgently needed a document. A man named Julián, whom I don't know but was referred to, told me to email him the information for my document. I asked him to please schedule the appointment within the week because it was urgent, and he said between Thursday and Friday. I never heard from him again. I called on Friday, and a woman on the phone practically mocked me. She asked why I was talking to her, saying she wasn't Julián, but she never actually put me through to him. I lost my paperwork thanks to this "notary office." Don't trust them; they have absolutely no professionalism or commitment to their clients. The woman on the phone gave answers like a schoolgirl—shameful.
