When we arrived we were given a map to find our room, we got lost. A young man called Alberto was very helpful and showed us around the resort and pointed us to the right direction. We were very disapointed with our room as soon as we walked in. Its dark, no views due to over grown bushes. There was a dirty ash tray on the table outside on our terrace. In the bedroom the wardrobe pannel was sticking out of the wall which then we had to report it to the reception straght away. A maintanace man came later in the evening to repair it. We booked for a double bed and we got 2 singles pushed together, there were the most uncomfortable beds ive ever slept in. I had to ask for 2 quits so i could pad out the matress to make it comfotable. We stayed for 3 nights and i had the worst sleep ever which doesnt make your holiday break much fun🙄😩. In the morning we went for breakfast. They have an exellent buffet. Plenty of choices for different dietry needs. Fresh fruits, selection of breads, pasteries and hot food. I would say they do have a shortage on cereal bowls as we had to ask for one every morning. The breakfast staff were lovely, hard working and helpful. The hygiene with table cleaning was appalling. The waiters did not have any cleaning agent to spay the tables. They used one cloth to clean 6 tables at a time. Only one waiter was using a tray to take dirty pates and cups while the others were taking 2 cups at a time which ment pepple were waiting for a table. The chairs were never wiped down and were covered in bird crap which is very off putting while eating. The swimming pool is beautiful and theres plenty of entertainment for families. They could do with more bar staff during the day and evenings as you have to always que for a drink as there is only one bar staff, no clean tables to sit as theres no one to clean them. The location is ok, about 20 mins walk to the beach, we had a car so theres plenty of beautful places to visit. The hotel is wheelchair friendly. I dont think i would book here again.

Spent there one night, i know the neighborhood very well (used to live there) so the location is very good. Close to the Costalita beach which is very relaxed even during the high season. Beautiful view, quiet, friendly staff, alright breakfast. Nice and big rooms with big bed! Very pet friendly. And private garage parking - very important.

I highly recommend to rent a car to move around and visit other areas of Estepona and Marbella. The neighborhood is residential so if you plan to do more than just stay in the hotel it is worthy to have a car and go around.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel.
Unfortunately, it is located 2.4 km from the beach.
The hotel dates back to the 1990s, but it is still well maintained.
It features an outdoor pool as well as an indoor spa.
However, the breakfast was very disappointing.
The products offered were of poor quality.
The juices seemed to be powdered mixes diluted with water, and the coffee was just as bad.
We did not have dinner at the hotel, but judging by the quality of the breakfast, we assume the food quality is probably the same.

Honestly a Lovely Family Type Hotel , but also Caters for Couples
The Staff are Wonderful and can't help enough
A special mention for the General Manager " Igor" Any issues he was on top of ! ,Very Visible in the Lobby, Dining Room and directing his staff , the Bakour are fortunate to have him as he is wise beyond his years and you can tell he comes from a Hotel Background
The Hotel location for us was perfect , up in the hills in a nice residenrtial area with stunning views of Gibraltar and Africa 10kmh to Estepona and in opposite direction Marbella 16kmh
You need a car for sure
I cannot fault this Hotel, they also have a beautiful indoor pool and sauna steam room and jacuzzi plus a well equipped Gym ( Eduardo was lovely)
Honestly I believe it is fabulous value for Money
Breakfast and Dinner can be a bit noisy but go off peak times and it will be fine
Thank you Igor and staff we enjoyed very much our stay and hope to return again soon

This hotel is amazing ! I stayed here with my family for a week and we all had the best time. Getting sun beds in the morning beside the pool was no bother. The pool is very big and clean. Are main highlight would definitely be the amazing animation team. The activities they deliver through out the day such as games and dancing keep everyone entertained ,upbeat and enjoying themselves. They all get themselves involved with the kids and making sure that everyone is enjoying themselves. I would say they cover activities for all ages. The night entertainment is super good as well with the animation teams vibes and getting people up dancing. A massive shout out to Irina for being so kind and lovely and making sure we got involved in everything. She has made our holiday unforgettable !! The only let down for us would be the food. Not that it was terrible it just never stood out for us but it was bearable especially with having the food at the pool bar. We will definitely be back thank you for the amazing stay !
