The team was patient, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want to provide the best possible service.

Disappointing and Unprofessional – Treats Insurance Patients Differently

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. As an insurance patient, I felt I was treated differently and not given proper care. I went in for a cleaning, which I know I needed, as my regular dentist had recommended it. However, the dentist insisted I didn’t need one, even after I explained my concerns. Eventually, he said it was up to me and left, leaving the assistant to do it. Then their machine was broken, and I was told to wait for a long time. I finally gave up and left without getting treated. Very unprofessional—I will never come back.
