About the neighbourhood: Distrito Centro

Málaga's historic core, bounded by the Guadalmedina river to the west, the port to the south and the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro to the east. The district contains the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba fortress, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre, plus the main shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios. Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. The area is almost entirely pedestrianised, served by Metro Atarazanas and the Málaga–Centro Alameda rail station.

We ordered food from this restaurant and never received our order. When we called, we were told that the driver had supposedly been at our address, even though nobody rang the doorbell. The staff member on the phone told us to simply request a refund through Lieferando, but that’s not possible because the restaurant reported to Lieferando that we did receive the food.

We are extremely frustrated and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We ordered tacos with salsa, and they gave them to us without any. We asked, and they said they didn't have any salsa, that's why they hadn't put it on... Wouldn't it have been better to ask if we wanted a different kind?

Then, they said they couldn't gratin the tacos, but if you need cheese for everything there, how can they say they can't?

And finally, the prices were unclear... The menu they gave us had one price, and the price on the facade was another. They told us it was wrong... Whose fault is that?

A bittersweet feeling

Really bad. Taco was really dry, no sauce for the fries, and nausea and vomiting the next day. So disgusting.

It's outrageous that they accept your order on Glovo after an hour's wait, only for the second driver, since the first one didn't accept it, to tell you that the restaurant isn't going to fulfill the order because they don't want to work with Glovo right now… Seriously, what a disgrace.
Do you really think a simple refund is going to satisfy me?

That's one less customer!

Very bad. I paid extra for melted cheese, but it wasn't melted. There was no sauce. It was dry and bad. Never again.
