Fast and efficient service. I had a problem that left me without hot water, and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Juan was very kind, performed a preliminary diagnosis using photographs, and the repair was excellent.

Questionable professionalism. For the installation of a submersible pump in the cistern of the NURIA BUILDING, Las Lagunas, Mijas.

1. They didn't install proper cable routing.

2. They removed the pump's protection panel, claiming a new one was needed. The existing protection panel was completely different from the current one. The old one only needed a circuit breaker replaced and an alternative module added. When removing materials from an installation, the removed items should be left for the client to decide what to do with. They moved the new panel to a different location, even though there was a dedicated utility room for that purpose.

3. They had to return to the installation after we were notified that the pump wasn't working. Apparently, they didn't know that a pressure switch was required for operation of that system.

4. Once again, we had to request proper cable routing. The technician installed 20 cm of conduit where it was visible, just to make it look like he had done it.

5. The new panel was unlabeled. The cable didn't follow the color code. We won't list any more defects, because there are many.
I've attached photos of the installation. This company is not recommended.
If they don't have qualified personnel, don't do the work.
