I've never encountered a worse towing company. After picking up an ambulance and telling them it was urgent to have it taken to the garage the same day, they said they couldn't take it because they were too busy with the rain and there were many accidents. They said they would bring it up the next day, but they didn't. I called them, and the response was that the road was in very bad condition and they wouldn't bring it up. We had driven up the same road they have to use in another vehicle, and it was perfectly safe to drive on. The person who answered the phone couldn't have been more unfriendly and rude.

They never wanted to give me any information about my car that they had at their premises. They even gave my insurance company the runaround or ignored them. And to top it all off, they took every last penny I had inside my vehicle, and a few other things too. I've never had my car searched down to the last corner like they did. It's a disgrace. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
