Such trashy personnel in that store.
The two guys that work there are awful ! Extremely disrespectful and discriminating, especially the one who claims to be the manager, with no manners nor respect whatsoever. I was sitting down because of my condition while my family was trying flip flops and they both treated me so badly, the so called manager even accusing me of causing the mess that clients left nearby after trying shoes and leaving them on the ground. Although I explained quietly that it wasn’t me and that he can check the cameras if needed, he came too close in an intimidating way which caused other clients to disapprove of his behaviour.

Great prices and the lady working there on September 23rd was very nice to us, helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. Thank you for making us feel welcome :)

Rude workers

I had a very bad experience with this store's return policy.

I bought some flip-flops as a gift and went to return them within the stated timeframe. The receipt explicitly states that "exchanges and returns" are accepted. However, when I requested a refund, I was informed that the products can only be exchanged for another item.

My problem is with the company's lack of clarity. If there are exceptions for certain items or for all items, these should be clearly and visibly stated on the receipt given to the customer. Otherwise, the information is contradictory and creates an expectation that is then not met.

In the end, I exchanged the item for another one to avoid losing the money I paid, and I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.

A return policy must be transparent and consistent with what is written on the receipt. My experience has been very negative, and after what happened, I will not shop at this store again.

They also don't accept gift card refunds, which is completely misleading advertising. I understand it's not the salesperson's fault, and they were very polite, but I'm surprised that when I called the manager, they didn't back down, since the terms on the receipt are legally binding.

When I complained about the contradiction on their own receipt, the only solution they offered was a 10% discount, which didn't solve anything. In the end, I was forced to exchange them for another product to avoid losing my money, but I've already filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.

They need to be clear about their policies and not put contradictory information on the receipt. I don't recommend them and I won't shop at this store again.
