Created for individuals and couples who need more time and space than a traditional therapeutic setting can sometimes provide, Haven Rest Retreat offers structured periods of focused therapeutic work away from the pressures and routines of everyday life.

Our retreats may be particularly relevant during periods of burnout, emotional exhaustion, significant life transitions, relationship difficulties, or when there is a need to step away, gain perspective and work more deeply on personal or relational concerns.

Each retreat is intentionally small, allowing for a high level of privacy, discretion and individual attention. Therapeutic support is led by qualified mental health professionals and adapted to the needs and objectives of each participant.

Haven Rest Retreat offers both scheduled retreat experiences and bespoke private arrangements for individuals and couples seeking greater flexibility, confidentiality and personalisation.

Our retreats take place in carefully selected private properties across Mediterranean destinations, combining a calm and confidential environment with structured therapeutic support. The setting is an important part of the experience: not as an escape from difficulties, but as a space in which clients can temporarily step outside their usual environment and dedicate meaningful time to themselves and the work they wish to undertake.

Haven Rest Retreat is not a medical or inpatient psychiatric facility. Every prospective participant undergoes a suitability assessment before a retreat is confirmed. Where appropriate, and with the client's consent, we can also work alongside healthcare professionals already involved in their care to support continuity before and after the retreat.

At the heart of Haven Rest Retreat is a simple principle: sometimes meaningful therapeutic work needs more than one hour.
