Horse Riding El Chorro

My day ride with Marc far surpassed my expectations. I was riding the beautiful Cordobessa who didn't put a hoof wrong the whole ride, and we were riding on some pretty tricky terrain in places. All the horses at the stables looked in great condition and totally chilled. From start to finish Marc was explaining the fascinating history of the areas we were riding through. His knowledge is exceptional and his passion for the area is very clear to see. I honestly think he's a horse whisperer by the way the horses were with him! I will definitely return for another day's hack, not only for the fantastic riding but also to learn more about the outstandingly beautiful area! The photo's and videos Marc took will be a wonderful memory to look back on.

What a Fantastic couple of hours! My partner & I were seeking a ride in the mountains that would suit him as a beginner & me who grew up riding. I wanted to gallop! And he wanted to just enjoy the views. The scentery was spectacular, as was Marc's knowledge of the area & his funny stories. It is so apparant that this is Marc's calling! Aaand... a little while into the trip, after an encouraging word from Marc & some short instructions we Galloped! Not once, but a few times. My partner now fancies himself a true cowboy 🤠 Marc is patient, kind, encouraging & funny. He tailored the ride to our wishes... a true bespoke experience. We will definitely be coming back! They're WONDERFUL! As a professional rider I try to look out for places that treat their horses well and prioritize safety. It was just me and Marc the owner on our trip. I had SUCH a fun time. Marc is so knowledgeable about the area, but also has great life stories he shared along our ride. So much hospitality and he took many photos and videos for me! HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and I did a 4 hour ride with Marc yesterday, safe to say this was hands down the best experience we have ever done!!! We both have only ridden a few times however within the first 15 minutes we were galloping. The views, laughs & history throughout the ride were fantastic. The horses are very well cared for and so responsive to riders of all levels. It was truly unforgettable and I will absolutely be coming back next time we are in Spain. We have a wonderful time on our 2 hour short ride with Marc. The scenery is breathtaking and the ride is perfect for riders of all skill levels! We were a beginner group and galloped by the end of the ride. The horses were very sweet and well behaved. This was the highlight of our trip to Marbella- we highly recommend!
