Hotel NH San Pedro de Alcántara

I'm not so excited about this hotel i was a bit let down because it looked so luxurious in the internet, but it didn't really hold the standards. The service is not top good. I can't just give everyone 5 stars this is to help and guide so I'm just honest although I don't like to rate low if it's not a reason for it. It was dated, no restaurant, bar, snacks nothing in the hotel and they charged me for breakfast one of the days although I had ordered and paid for it. Tv without smart functions. And the aircondition or whatever it was I couldn't get to work. So 3 stars.

Not my favorite place. Dirty and not luxurious. I actually hated it except the location that was amazing.

A calm and pleasant stay in the heart of San Pedro

This is a solid three-star hotel with a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Its location is excellent — right in the center of San Pedro. From the hotel, you can walk to the beach in about 10–15 minutes at an easy pace through a nice park.

The promenade is beautiful and full of restaurants, both along the beachfront and near the hotel itself. You step out of the hotel and you're immediately in the town center, with plenty of places to eat, shop, and take a walk.

Overall, a good choice for a family stay. For a three-star hotel, it delivers exactly what you expect.

Very good location,but the most important was the staff, soo welcoming,payng attention to small details,the cleaning department,receceptionist.it was a pleasant stay.

The location is excellent, which is the main reason we chose this hotel. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Breakfast options were very limited, especially considering the price. The room next to ours was extremely noisy, with children crying and people shouting, and we could hear everything.

We also had an issue with the toilet, which I reported to the receptionist three times, but no action was taken until the day we checked out. Housekeeping was inconsistent, tissues were not replaced during turn-down service, and we had to request them directly if we saw staff in the hallway.

During my two-week stay, almost every request I made at reception was ignored, and at times the staff’s attitude felt unhelpful. Tourists should not be treated this way. The only redeeming quality was the location, but sadly, the service did not match it.
