They're fantastic! 100% personalized service, ideal dresses—gorgeous and flattering for all body types and sizes. Their website sales service is top-notch, and the courier service they use for both deliveries and pickups is excellent. I never thought it would be so easy to shop for such a special day without being able to go in person. I highly recommend them.

I contacted them via WhatsApp to find out what size I ordered and if they accept returns and refunds. My mistake was not asking about the return window. Now I find out that the maximum return window is 72 hours, period. Legally speaking, this isn't acceptable; they can extend the legally established timeframe but not shorten it. So I'll think about what to do, but at least I'm mentioning it here so others are aware.
Be careful with online purchases from this store. They sell defective products and then refuse to take responsibility. These are factory defects, and there's no excuse for not issuing a refund, even after the 7-day return period. You don't always wear a dress the same day you buy it. We'll be filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency. Sales like this can't go unpunished. What you see in the photo isn't a thread; it's dye on the dress. Shameful.
I loved the product; it's much nicer than in the pictures and the quality is incredible for the price. The presentation was wonderful, everything was handled within 24 hours, and the lady was very attentive to my questions. I haven't had the event yet, but I'll send a photo so you can see the quality of their products.
I asked them via WhatsApp about the dress measurements and they were very helpful, confirming that it would fit me perfectly, and it did. They were super kind and lovely, I'm so happy with my new dress, thank you so much, I'll definitely order again ❤️
