Every viewing was organised professionally with full details of who was attending and when, and we were always kept updated with feedback afterwards.

The marketing of the property was outstanding. The video and advert were incredibly high quality and everyone who viewed the apartment commented on how impressive it looked. It really helped the property stand out.

What made the biggest difference for us was how easy they made the whole process of selling abroad. Being fluent in both English and Spanish removed so much stress, and they even helped organise the transfer of funds safely back to the UK through a trusted third party. They also worked closely with our abogado throughout, which gave us complete confidence everything was being handled properly.

We were also amazed at how quickly everything moved; the sale was completed in just 2 months, which exceeded all our expectations.

19 years ago we bought our apartment from Christine when she worked for another company. Who would have thought all these years later we would sell our apartment with her company Cristiholmes who is ran by Daniel her son. We cannot to strongly recommend Daniel, Victor and Christine, they have been extremely efficient and helpful through the whole process and just as a PS, it took just 6 days to get a buyer, not to shabby at all.
