They say that soap and softener is included, that's not true, you have to supply your own.
Washer #2 did not take in the detergent for the main wash, and the water was cold through the whole program.
Did another round in washer #4, it took the softener in with the prewash, and the water didn't get over 30 degrees by feel ...

Do your laundry somewhere else.

8kg wash 4.75 Euros. 14kg wash 7.75. Drier 30 mins 3.25. So two loads and two dries ouch 19.00 Euros. Might the hotel have been cheaper? Tokens sold in petrol station shop next door but no Vanish! Wash includes powder and softener. Open 24 hours a day.
4 chairs in air conditioned waiting area but no men stripping off to their underwear! Love the machine reserved for pet clothing (not bedding): to wash two bandanas?
