I been using this library 2 times. 3th time I been cannot use table, chair, socket, air (mask are obligatory even when is difficult breathe in mask, and they are harmful for user, back to lungs CO2, and germs from the mask) because I do not have pernament address in Malaga. This is absurd. They should have minimum 1 person in this building who speak in English. I accepted library card, even when I don't need and still they haves some problem.

Too big for a storage room air conditioner. Upstairs, which is the study floor, it's so hot you could cook shrimp... There are fans that are incredibly powerful; even on the lowest setting, they sound like jet engines, both in terms of noise and airflow, tousling even the hair on the table opposite. And the curtains, which are as thin as tissue paper, flap around like a tornado is passing through, creating, to say the least, a pleasant study environment.

A three-story library with its own restrooms.
One floor is dedicated to a children's play area.
The first floor is divided into a library area with books to read or borrow, and 5-6 seats for reading. There is also a computer room with approximately 12 computers, and the remaining space consists of 8 study tables, each seating 4 people.
The top floor is also dedicated to studying, with approximately 10 tables, also seating 4 people. It's clean, but there are hardly any electrical outlets, and a coffee machine on the ground floor would be a welcome addition.
Furthermore, the staff doesn't seem to be quiet. In fact, there's a man who spends his time talking to them every afternoon, and no one ever reminds him that he's in a library and can't speak loudly.

I asked the cleaner for some tissue to blow my nose with, and a little more, and she called me stupid. According to her, that's what tissues are for. I guess if I have a cold and I've used the whole pack I had, I have to put up with it. A very unpleasant person.
Another thing is that they're kicking you out at a quarter past when they close at half past. I understand why she wants to leave on time, but 15 minutes early, really???

In winter it's great because there's plenty of light and the tables are spacious. The problem is now in summer when the air conditioning is weak or breaks down… and you end up stifled by the heat, making it harder to concentrate… I hope they can fix this. The bathrooms run out of toilet paper and don't replenish it. There's a lot of noise on the first floor, and you can hear it on the second floor since it's connected. Because the doors are open, people go out into the hallway to talk on their phones (and you can hear everything, as if they were inside), and the problem is that nobody says anything. It's not completely quiet. The only good things are the light and the spaciousness. Otherwise, it leaves a lot to be desired.
