It's a terrible shop, a month ago I bought a big order with the cybex buggy and car chair and spent 2k Euros and still haven't got anything. When I was buying, information on the website said my order will be shipped within 24 hours, but only when I paid they said it's 12 days delay. Now it's almost month gone and I still have nothing. Baby is due any day, money is gone but nothing has arrived.

219 total reviewsCarla has been very very helpful. She succeeds in gathering all the articles we wanted in a very short time. Great service of the whole local team! We do not regret to have called on them. Thank you again, we are very grateful !!
Giving my fair judgement, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing that I really didn’t like and hence the 1 star was dishonesty.
I spoke to a very nice and helpful lady, I wanted inglesina aptica 2024, I called the store and asked them if they have it. And their answer was yes. Had to drive an hour, the store was nice. The only disappointment was that they were trying to sell me inglesina 2023. I was determined and asked them quite few times if it’s 2024 and they said yes. Knowing I know the inglesina 2024 has a slight difference someone else might not know!
I was very disappointed.
In followup to the reply I received, I can assure you that your story is absolutely not accurate. I still have the conversation of the employee saying it's 2024, but it turned out to be 2023, and I discovered that alone. It's not a big issue, however, the fact that you insinuated I'm being untruthful is not accurate. Feel free to reach out to me for the conversation.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. They took time to explain and give valuable advice. We drove a few hours to get to their shop as we really preferred their service. Will be going back for some more essentials soon. Thanks so much !
Very good experience ! Carla is very professional and extremely helpful !
