Terrible experience and shameful service. I ordered balloons for an event, and when I went to pick them up, they hadn't even been strung up, claiming it was better to avoid tangling them, even though he had charged me for the setup service. The helium balloons are extremely low quality: they were deflated after only four days (any cheap balloon lasts for months; in fact, at the cheap Chinese store next to Mercadona, the girl will inflate them for a super low price and they'll last two months). The worst part is the after-sales service: when I sent him photos via WhatsApp to complain, he blocked me immediately. As a business owner, he doesn't take responsibility when he does a bad job. I had to call from another number, and his response was, "What do you want me to say?" The man is a disgrace. Don't waste your money here; he's neither professional nor polite. Go to the Chinese store or Almacenes Moyano, which have the same balloons, and their prices and quality are excellent.

Horrible, I'm never going back. Neither am I nor anyone who witnessed the quality of these balloons. Even the ones on AliExpress are better. I even saw later that these daisy balloons are also sold here, but for a pittance, €2, when the daisy alone cost €18. I went to order the balloons for my daughter's birthday, which was on a Saturday, and the man in the shop told me I had to pick them up the day before because they had two First Communion celebrations that Saturday, and that the balloons would last a week in perfect condition, so I shouldn't worry. Imagine my surprise when, the day after I bought them, most of them were deflated, the giant €18 daisy was deflated, one balloon was on the floor, some were more inflated than others, and one of the small number balloons was punctured. I sent him photos, and he says they aren't responsible because they left the shop in perfect condition. It's a disgrace, and they have zero commitment to the customer. €63 down the drain. I'll be back soon to file a formal complaint.

Thanks to Mi Fiesta de Papel, who set up the dessert table for my daughter's First Communion. They were incredibly attentive to every detail, asking about the girl's favorite colors and holidays, how we wanted each item, and what her favorite sweets were. They were super friendly throughout the entire process, the quantity was generous, and the selection on the table really impressed me because there was such a wide variety of treats. We organized our little one's second birthday party at this shop in Echeverría en el Palo. The owners were wonderful. And everything we bought was high quality and had fun designs. The helium balloons were especially noteworthy. Almost three weeks later, they're still stuck to the ceiling.
