Miami Car Hire

Great and responsive car hire company in Malaga. The price was great. I ordered a Puegot 5008 but i was given an ofel 7 seater van instead which i didn't really mind since it is spacious and similar. However, i had problem with the car where the dashboard randomly stops working multiple times and cannot see the speedometer and my fuel tank gauge which i didnt expect since it is a new car but that has nothing to do with the car hire company but the reliability of the vehicle itself.

They provided support during the use of the car which is great.

The pickup and drop is very convenient since it is delivered and picked up from the same car park so no queuing involved.

The dropoff of the vehicle felt a bit weird because i was flagged down by the representative when i got to the parking but not so sure if i've given the car to a random person. They do have miami car hire uniform so i think it is ok.

Overall great experience and will use them again when i come back to Malaga in the future.

Great service. They meet you at the airport with your name plate, escort you to the car parking. They work even off-time hours. The cars are nice and clean, the deposit of 500€ was returned immediately upon the car pick up and inspection. Strongly recommend, do not get caught with airport located GoldCar which is a total disaster

The drop off is also fantastic staff go out of there way to make sure you car hire goes smoothly. All your details already taking care of before your arrival for a hassle free exit from the airport.

A wonderful car rental! At arrival I was welcomed by one of the employee’s just outside the arrival hall. The car was new and in great condition. At departure I drove to the express parking where I was expected and within 2 minutes I was in the departure hall! No fuss and waiting at offices or car rental parkings. All employee’s are welcoming and very kind. I can strongly recommend Miami Cars.

I’m amazed at how easy the whole process was! We were given clear instructions to meet them at the airport and where to return the car when we left. Everyone we met was helpful and non-pushy, it was all so quick and efficient. I’ve come across some really crappy car hire companies in the past, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Miami Car Hire again :)
