Miami Car Hire

I hired a car for 5 days and found the staff very efficient & helpful. No hidden costs, everything explained and honest. The car was excellent a Vauxhall Corsa and the return was simple & straight forward. I would highly recommend the company and in all my years of travelling I have only ever recommended three car rental companies.

Excellent experience all around. This rental agency is customer oriented and are willing to “listen” and meet the customer where they are. I am glad to have given them another chance to correct my earlier experience. Will definitely be returning for more rentals.

Great car and prompt service. Reason for 3 stars is that some agents are a little unfriendly and too much by the book. They told me I would get a discount for repeat bookings. After I booked a second time they said the discount doesn’t kick in until after the 5th booking. On another occasion, I returned the car with a slice under the gas mark. They charged €15 and did not care to explain that I could have refueled the car before the charge. A bit of flexibility goes a long way with new customers. The difference in gas was less than €5 but the agent didn’t care to explain to me. These are the impressions that make you think twice before spending your money there again.

Excellent! I got a very new 9-seater and everything was quick and easy. They worked with me when my flight was significantly delayed. I declined optional insurance and they didn't pressure me on that. No other hidden charges and the 1200 euro hold was released immediately upon return. Thank you!
