Residential district north of the centre, on the left bank of the Guadalmedina. The area is mainly social-housing blocks built between the 1960s and 1980s, organised around Plaza Palma de Mallorca. Bounded by Cruz de Humilladero to the south and Bailén-Miraflores to the east. Several bus lines link it to the city centre in 10-15 minutes, and the MA-20 ring road provides road access to the rest of the metropolitan area.

I went to Pepco Rosaleda and I have to say it was very crowded. I was served by a very kind and helpful employee named Manme. You can tell she loves her job because even amidst the hustle and bustle, she had a smile on her face. People always focus on the negative, but why not appreciate simple gestures like that? I wish there were more people like her in retail.
I just left the store where I went to exchange a couple of items I bought. The hanger says one size, but the tag says another, so obviously the size is wrong. It was a Mother's Day gift.
Since it's a gift, I removed the price tags, cutting along the € mark at the top. They told me they wouldn't exchange it because it didn't have the barcode that was on the tag. So what am I supposed to do? Make a gift with the price tag still on it? While I was talking to the manager, the guy who was the only one who was friendly at the meeting was still ringing up customers. The manager said they tell everyone who buys something about the tags. I told her that the guy hadn't told any of the customers he'd served during our conversation. Because I was at the register while we were talking. When she saw that it was true the guy hadn't told anyone, and I left her speechless, all she replied was that it says so on the sign at the register. All this was done with a terrible attitude, arrogance, and contempt. She wouldn't even tell us her name.
Furthermore, she didn't explain anything at first. When I asked the guy for a complaint form, he said the manager would come and give it to me, and then calmly handed it over and left. What a manager! She doesn't care about the business in the slightest. At least talk to the customer; don't make the customer have to seek you out just to show your face. But when we asked her for an explanation, she gave it, and how she gave it... I've already mentioned the way she did it—unbelievable!
She was a very regular customer, especially for baby clothes, some of which, coincidentally, didn't have price tags. Maybe it depends on who you are; they exchange them or not.
No matter what policies you have, the most important thing is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can't be like the manager and the other girl who were there; they wouldn't even let you speak. The guy is the only one who's any good... YOU'VE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER, AND DON'T EXPECT ME TO RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE. JUST WAIT, OR I'LL MAKE A NICE VIRAL TIKTOK VIDEO ABOUT HOW YOU WORK...
The truth is, we went for a stroll and asked a gorgeous brunette with tattoos, and we ended up buying half the store! 🤣🤣 I wish I was treated like that girl in every store. Thank you so much, and I'll be back! 😘😘
Yesterday I had to go to Pepco because I urgently needed to buy a t-shirt. Despite the bad reviews, I went because it was on my way, and it was great! Friendly staff and lots of options. I would definitely go back.
