I have to say that I usually write to say good things, but my experience was so unpleasant that I had to speak out. I've been an athlete since I was eight years old, and I've never encountered a person in charge of a sports facility as rude and verbally aggressive as this man was yesterday. His name, Antonio, was given to me by some users who were at the facility after witnessing his behavior, which I can only describe as shameful, not to mention impertinent. I went to the facility accompanying a family member who is a member of a sports federation, with no other intention than to be with him, as it's a privilege to have a highly respected coach in the family and to be able to watch him practice his sport while his son participates in an activity. The moment I entered, this man looked at me with disdain, and almost before I had finished explaining why I was there, he aggressively asked what I was going to do, in a dismissive manner. I have no intention of bothering anyone or participating in any activity that requires payment. After this unpleasant incident, during which I felt watched in an overbearing and suspicious manner by this man several times, I went onto the grass with my relative after athletics had finished. We went to an area where there was no one else around, and I wasn't bothering anyone. I only wanted to take some photos of my nephew and his father, the coach I was able to go with. Suddenly, in front of everyone and with very rude behavior, this man started calling my cousin, telling him—without even looking at me—that he didn't want to get angry! He said, "She has to be here!" He repeated this several times, pointing to a spot just 5 meters away, outside the track, basically next to the gate.
In short, it's a shame that a man who has no manners, no education, and no understanding of sport, its values, or the positive atmosphere it involves, is working as a doorman at such an important facility as the one in Nerja. He doesn't inspire anyone to return, sign up, or recommend it.
There was no possibility of using the showers, as they were closed after we had traveled from Malaga city to play a National Series match.
Good slopes, good views, and good play. Just book early, as they fly by.
The place for funky people 🎉😸
