Policlínica Lacibis S L

First experience at dental. Felt quite expencive for one extraction (200e) , but i hope my insurance covers it. I found the dentist very lovely and her assistant too. So i hope i recieve nice friendly care, i dont mind paying littlebit extra/
Appears that insurance coverage should not be taken from me at the dentist at all, it should have been free since they work with Caser insurance.
Now over two months i have been waiting to get my money back from some where. So reviewe edited.

In the pass I would stay away from Policlinica Alhaurin el grande due to the miserable staff and rudeness. I went and saw Jose Antonio Caballero Angulo for cirugía ortopédica y traumatología just recently-August 2025, he was a joy. Smiled all the time, talked about his family and made me feel so relax my pains went away and I forgot what I was there for😄 Not really, but seriously he was great, said he loved his job and loved where he worked, which surprised me. It was a joy for someone to talk ‘out of the box’ and not have to look things up in that big doctors book that most seem to have on their desk. I hope some of your happiness rubs off on some of the other staff.
Why only 4 star? Because due to the insurance company Asssa, I am running around for 2 months trying to get treatment and still waiting for authority for physio treatment!

The girls at the reception are very rude and un helpful. They were very rude to an English lady right now, and sat there joking about it. I have been waiting for one hour for my appointment and I still have 3 people in front of me. There is no control at the door, too many people inside here, the floor is dirty. No way I am ever coming back here. Its a joke. The owner should send his Reception girls to a customer service school. The one in Alhaurin el Grande. Never again. Advice to the owner train the girls to be more polite, and not let 50 people inside the clinic we are still in pademia!!!

90 Euro for 1 Minute!!! This was the biggest rip-off I ever witnessed in a clinic. Even in Switzerland where we live we pay a lot less for one consultation. We went there to show one (!) birthmark of our 3 year old daughter to the doctor. First we waited for 40 minutes and in the end they made us pay 90 Euros without any pre-information about the prices.

Alhaurin el grande Lacibis Very bad atmosphere when arriving at the clinic advertise speaking English then an older gentleman approaches reception staff politely asking if the lady speaks English she rudely looks at him like he's stupid and turns away he wanted to book an MRI scan I feel reception staff at any medical facility should be more caring and sympathetic towards patients as they may be worried or concerned about the appointment and also show some respect to paying customers .
