Terrible experience. The worst washing machine technician I've ever contacted. Don't contact Juan; he's completely unprofessional and a total con artist. He doesn't keep his promise to fix the appliance and leaves you stranded. The service from this man was awful; I had to find another technician. People like him shouldn't be working in Spain and scamming people; he should stay in his Latin American country.

Due to a problem with the washing machine, I called a supposed official technical service who referred me to this technician who, after giving me the error code that appears on the appliance, indicated two possible faults but that he had to assess them (€25). I agreed, he came to my home and, since it was the same error that he had confirmed to me on the phone minutes before, he advised me that, since it was a low-quality brand (known to him since the warning), it was not worth repairing.

This person, to put it mildly, is incredibly rude. Please do not contact him (Juan) because he charges €25 just for an inspection and a quote, and then he doesn't fix anything. The work is terrible, and he doesn't even give you an invoice, just a delivery note. This means that if you have any problems later, you can't make a claim. I don't know where this man pays his taxes.

Bad experience. Mr. Juan came to repair my washing machine, charging me in advance for the service that day, but he said he didn't want to replace a part and then refused to come back. He gave me every excuse he could think of, even saying that I spoke to him in a tone he didn't like, which I already understood, since it wasn't even true, that he didn't want to come and replace the part on my Bosch washing machine in Calanova Grand Golf, Mijas.
