We want to thank Manuel and the real estate team for their exceptional service. Manuel's dedication and expertise were crucial in finding our dream home.

Our journey began with Manuel's professionalism and understanding of our needs. His remarkable service extended to handling paperwork efficiently and providing quick responses, making the process smoother.

We bought a house in Alhama De Granada, through Ruiz & Singl. They were highly professional, extremely helpful and all transactions were smooth. They dealt with all aspects of the purchase making the process quick and easy. They have continued to give us support since the purchase. I highly recommend using this company.

Great professionals! I was wonderfully supported, all my doubts were resolved quickly and I got all the information and help from the beginning of the process until the last required documentation. It was notable the high commitment to deliver the promised service and satisfaction.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for buying or selling a property without any worry.

Excellent company, professional yet friendly and very helpful particularly for an expat unfamiliar with the process. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always prepared 'to go the extra mile'. Couldn't have managed so efficiently without them. Highly recommend them.
