It's awful. After arranging a meeting with the real estate agent for Wednesday, he told us an hour beforehand that Wednesday wasn't possible. He said Thursday would be better because he was out of town. We accepted and arranged to meet that same Thursday. We messaged him several times on WhatsApp and even called him when he didn't respond. He read the messages and didn't reply at all, leaving us hanging once again.
Absolutely shameful.
I bought a studio apartment and the service was phenomenal. They were exceptionally professional, providing guidance every step of the way. They managed the entire purchase, handling all the documentation and paperwork without any surprises. In short, if I were to buy or sell again, I would definitely use them.
Professionalism is the word. They keep you regularly informed about the sale of your property, and if there's a potential buyer, they'll let you know as soon as possible.
Once a buyer is found, they provide ongoing support until the sale is finalized.
