Great location. We asked for soap to wash our clothes and they were very friendly and gave it to us.

But… This is not an apartment as advertised but just a bigger studio room. The building is not well built which means the rooms are extremely cold and humid during the night. We had to cancel our last night and move to another hotel because of this. Conditions are meh, nothing exceptional. The B rooms have a view of the inner yard which essentially nothing and keeps the room with no natural light. Shower has very hot or very cold water, your pick. This place has the potential to be great but it’s no more than a 6 or 7 now.

Just amazing experience from start to finish.
First, communication was at the top! Always there for me. I ask something- they reply right away.
Secondly, this is apart hotel. Cleaning ladies are always there and always ready to help you.
Beautiful small apartment. Clean with all that you might need.

Windows are sound proof, so our night were super quiet. 👌

Unbelievable location right in the city centre. We had a small issue with noise from the apartments above (someone having an after party) but only the first night. The sound travels through an internal set of windows which stretches up through the middle of the building. Otherwise everything was perfect, great to have the iron and ironing board as we were in Malaga for a wedding!

We booked an efficiency room online through their website for a Thursday night. The cost was $118 plus a $20 cleaning fee. We were in unit B on the ground floor and able to get the keys during our arrival.

There is no front desk or person staffing the rooms - they are all self service.

Pros:
- Has laundry machine and drying rack (no dryer). You need to bring your own laundry detergent
- Has kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cook top and Nespresso machine
- Has air conditioning

Cons:
- Our unit had an enclosed patio with no outdoor visibility. No windows. It felt claustrophobic
- Only 2 Nespresso coffee pods provided. No tea provided.

Overall, a fine stay given the price and location for a day or two.

Excellent location and fare price for It. The room was in great conditions and clean. There is also a supermarket quite close to the apartaments. Anything we needed was there for us and the treat was just perfect. Highly recommended!
