Torrenueva Park Apartments

It is not wheelchair friendly or accessible for anyone with breathing or fitness difficulties. The apartment is basic (2 bedrooms)and don't have an ensuite! So are not for 4/6 people as only one bathroom.
The kitchen has no oven, they have an older electric hob and one microwave.
No maid service just a midweek drop off of bedding and towels. And no cleaning products in cupboards as standard at any RCI Timeshare apartments.

The reception services are lovely and friendly, very helpful.

Be mindful that a 150 euro deposit is taken on arrival and 35 euros facilities fee.

This is a fairly dated and run down complex of apartments. The pool is ok, but a bit dirty in the water and green tiles around the edges. The apartments along the road are a bit like many British council flats in the way you enter them along a long shared walkway past all the front doors. Once in, our bathroom stank of sewerage. I spent the week pouring five letres of bleach down the drains twice a day. Lots of ants and some noisy dogs in the neighborhood left a lot to be desired.

Booked 4 nights only but only could tolerate one night an left next day after check in. The very firm beds and poor bedding didn't help woke up with backache .Very very tired complex like going back in time. Dated everything from faded Green plastic chairs to poor kitchen facilities. Built on a hill and defiantly not 350 yards from beach which is a ten minute walk down to the motorway bridge and after crossing an additional walk to the beach and town. Apartments set in a labyrinth of confusing pathways and inclines defiantly not for the elderly or people with walking difficulties. Avoid far better accommodation readily available at not much more money.

Stayed here before but this time we weren't impressed.
Quite run down. Our apartment had cockroaches and ants. Must have been a regular issue as there was a bug spray in the kitchen.
Such a shame. The whole complex needs a lick of paint and a good tidy up.
It's quite a walk into Mijas.

We had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommend. Our apartment had everything we needed, including a beautiful garden with a view. Everything was spotlessly clean and they accommodated our baby son with a cot and bedding. The Kitchen facilities were good with oven, stove, pots and pans and washing machine. Air conditioning in the living room was very good and blackout blinds in the bedrooms helped our baby sleep very well.
Beautiful swimming pool that was very quiet had a brilliant view of the sea below. You can rent sun loungers at reception.
Supermarket, restaurants and the beach are a quick 5 minute walk away.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back, thank you for our stay.
