This awful person just cancelled my appointment. Let me explain: I called last week to make an appointment and told him I have a large, long-haired mastiff and that I didn't care how much I paid, as long as the dog came clean and de-shedded. Now I'm calling to confirm the appointment, and he says, "Oh, yours was short-haired. I'll have him ready in an hour and a half." I tell him no, my dog ​​is a long-haired mastiff, and he can manage his time as he sees fit because it's his job, but the dog needs to be in good condition when I pick him up. He then tells me he prefers to cancel the appointment, with all the shamelessness and lack of professionalism imaginable. I warned him that it was a large dog. This lack of respect and professionalism is unacceptable; after what I've seen, both are sorely lacking. Thank goodness he cancelled because I would have spent the money, and the dog wouldn't be in good condition, and we'd have a problem.
