We've been waiting for months for our motorcycle deposit refund, and it's always the same excuses. I received the last repair bill two months ago, and we still haven't gotten our money back.
I've been calling them, sending WhatsApp messages, and emails for days, and they don't respond to anything.

This company is irresponsible in many ways.

- It takes them 15 days to a month to repair the motorcycles if you have a breakdown.

- If you have an accident, you have to deal with your insurance company yourself because they demand all your information, even if the police were present. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Information you don't have at that moment.

- You call to explain the situation, and they hang up on you because you have to send everything by email, and they reply whenever they feel like it.

- It took them a month to give me a replacement motorcycle. And if you tell them you want to leave, they remind you that their contract states you have to pay 100% every month.
