I've been there twice, and it couldn't have been more unpleasant. The same woman served me both times, and she seemed to dislike working, having to scan the ticket, or giving any explanation... like checking the tiny screen to see if the ticket was a winner. I certainly won't be going back. It's a shame they don't have friendlier staff where it's located.

The service was quite unpleasant. We called to see if he had a lottery ticket for the El Niño draw. He said he did, that he had one at the counter. I asked if he could hold it for me since I was 100 kilometers away, but he refused. I insisted on sending him a Bizum payment and paying him back so I could pick it up, but he still didn't seem to like that. I drove the 100 kilometers, and by the time I arrived, he had already sold them.

It doesn't show on the screen when they scan it whether you've won a prize or not, and when I pay and ask for a receipt, they tell me I have to tell them upfront, and they're rude about it. Once bitten, twice shy.

Professionalism and reliability combine with friendliness and warmth. An administration with over half a century of experience guarantees the excellent work of its employees and owners. Don't miss this opportunity to visit them. And what if you win?

It would be nice if you could specify here, and not just on your door, that you close on Wednesday afternoons.
