My wife and I received a management service characterized by numerous shortcomings. First, they provided us with incorrect information regarding the documentation requirements for obtaining the TIE (Foreigner Identity Card), which created unnecessary obstacles. Although we submitted all the required documentation, we received neither legal advice nor real solutions to the problems that arose. The team simply told us they would "look into the case" without ever contacting us again. Even worse, when we faced difficulties stemming from their erroneous information—not from any failure on our part—they informed us that the service had concluded and that obtaining the TIE was no longer their responsibility. This constitutes an unacceptable lack of commitment: they abandoned us precisely when we most needed clear guidance and follow-up. The result has been detrimental: evasive answers, a lack of communication (they don't answer calls or messages), and the inability to confidently proceed with subsequent procedures. We consider their role to have been merely administrative—submitting documents—and not that of true legal advisors committed to resolving problems.
