Albacars Rent a Car Benalmádena

Warning to all never rent off these scammers! I arrived on the 2nd May when finding the man he took us to the car that looked like a bumper car with numerous scratches. I made sure I took pictures so it was date stamped. I then got in the car the clutch was creaking that much it kept getting stuck. I got in touch with the company who I told I wanted to return the car as it was not fit for purpose not to mention it was due a service. I got told it was perfect and due to this I would not get any money back. They were quite rude and would not like anyone else to go through an issue with them.

Very correct car rental! Everything went smoothly. No credit card required! Good communication! I would definitely recommend it to everyone at Malaga airport! 5 ☆

I have used Albacars both times I have been to Malaga. I have never had an issue on either occasion. It’s a seamless process, book online, meet the man standing with your name on a board at arrivals, sign a form, pay by cash or debit card with none of those “rip off” credit card deposits by larger firms. Then it’s straight in to your car, the whole process takes no more than 20 minutes at the airport then you’re on your way with the freedom to explore this beautiful part of Spain.
Then you just drop back off at their designated car park at the end of your holiday, leave your key in the footwell and off you go to catch your plane back to Blighty.
Their cars always smell really fresh and are spotlessly clean!!
My family and I are back in October and I will not be using anyone else other than Albacars. Great customer service too, quick to respond to any query you may have. Keep up the good work.

Booked a car by email, changed the date, not a problem. Delivered car to our hotel on time, very little paperwork and no hard sell for extra insurance. Full insurance was included in the price which was very reasonable. Paid by debit card, credit card not compulsory. A very simple, seamless service. Would 100% use again when in Benalmadena and would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantasic service was waiting at arrivals for us and took us out to the car. I requested an automatic and was given a lovely seat. I had been looking at prices and found alba cars to be the best price. Staff responded to my questions quickly. I will be using alba cars again when I visit at the end of the month x
