I would not recommend this agent. The agent Erwin Jansen purposely classified the contract as a seasonal let rather than a permanent home. This was to strip away the protections a tenant would normally have with a permanent home and for him to charge a commission. My daughter and family have lived there continuously for the last 10 months. The property is recorded on her residential visa. He confirmed in writing that the Landlord “only wants long term”. All the viewings carried out prior to signing up on the current property were long term rentals. There is more evidence and it would be beyond doubt to any neutral observer that he has deliberately misrepresented the contract.

Erwin is most helpful, also very nice and kind. I'm happy to recommend him.

A very disappointing experience with Erwin Jansen. The treatment I received was unprofessional and exclusionary, as they seem to prioritize only foreign profiles, closing the door to other interested parties without explanation. Furthermore, their customer service leaves much to be desired: after trying to contact them, they opted to block my phone number instead of handling the inquiry politely. Their approach lacked transparency and was extremely rude. I do not recommend them if you are looking for respectful and equal treatment.
