I've traveled with them several times and it's been a unique experience. They take care of every detail so you can enjoy each trip. Paco is friendly, very responsible, and always sticks to the schedule offered for each trip. I highly recommend them.

I've traveled with Paco several times, and I've always had a wonderful time. It's been a long time since I've traveled, but today in Sierra Nevada Natural Park I felt very disappointed. Many things were missing. Sometimes, paying more attention to the group yields excellent results. It's not enough for the bus to simply take us there. We're supposed to be going somewhere we don't know, and the last thing we need is to be abandoned upon arrival, picked up at 4 pm, and left to fend for ourselves. I think it's worth paying more for the excursion to have breakfast, a guided visit to a site within the park, a place for lunch... in short, a group requires time and effort.

January 8, 2023, excursion to Sierra Nevada. A couple of days beforehand, it was clear the weather forecast wasn't good, but they took us anyway. They should warn people or offer refunds when the weather is this bad. When we arrived, there was no snow, just a fog so thick we couldn't see more than 10 meters ahead, and nothing to do at the ski resort. We spent seven hours cooped up in a restaurant to escape the cold and the rain, which soaked us from head to toe. When the guides finally deigned to show up with the bus, we were able to start the return trip. We then passed by the Nevada shopping center, which was impressive, but we only spent 30 minutes there, when we could have spent the entire seven hours, which would have been more interesting. In short, we don't even know what the Sierra Nevada silhouette looks like, and we only saw the restrooms in the shopping center. Nonexistent guides and zero activities. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
