Yesterday, while strolling in the afternoon, we happened to stop by the gallery and were fortunate enough to meet the artist and author Álvaro Reja. I say this because, despite being the artist, he isn't always around, and meeting him was undoubtedly the highlight of yesterday afternoon.
We were able to meet Brigitte, the gallery director, who provided us with a sincere and fantastic service.
We spent a long time talking with Alvaro about his work, career, styles... and it was a very enriching and, above all, intimate moment.
I highly recommend stopping by to meet them, especially to understand the work and what we're taking away. In the end, having one of the artist's paintings in our home is like having a part of his life in our own home, and understanding that makes his work even more important.
I definitely recommend it!
Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Teja Art Gallery and learning more about the work of Álvaro Reja and Carolina, two artists who, each in their own style, I would say are spectacular. I was able to chat briefly with Álvaro, and he struck me as an enriching conversationalist when talking about art. I had a wonderful time. I recommend that people visit the gallery; they will leave very satisfied with the works on display, and if they can purchase something, even better.
