The rent-a-car experience was smooth and hassle-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Great prices and outstanding service — highly recommended!

Excellent service, the attention and information were very clear, the staff were very attentive to everything, and the cars were delivered very clean inside and out. I will definitely rent from this same place again on my next vacation.

We rented a car for a day from Avanti in Benalmádena. The evening before the rental, they contacted us via WhatsApp to ask if a Peugeot 508 would be acceptable instead of a Fiat 500. We initially found this very polite, and the communication was quick and straightforward.

The next day, we went to pick up the car, but the pickup location had been communicated very unclearly. After we finally found each other – in a public parking lot – the dealer explained that they unfortunately only had this one car available and that it had been in a "minor" accident the previous day. The vehicle had been partially repaired with tape.

The dealer handled the handover very quickly in the parking lot and then disappeared immediately. Shortly after we set off, a flashing engine warning light appeared on the dashboard. Furthermore, the car made loud noises when turning shortly after we started driving. We continued driving anyway, as we were told that everything was fine despite the accident.

In the evening, as it got dark, we also noticed that the headlights were affected by the damage.

After we informed them that we were unsure about the condition of the car, the only response we received was a message saying, "Sorry, nothing was lit up for you before."

We had agreed to return the car the next day at 9:00 a.m. Unfortunately, no one was at the meeting point at the agreed time. Five minutes later, a woman arrived with a dog and picked up the car. The only question she asked was whether the car was fully refueled with diesel.

Overall, a very strange and unprofessional car rental company. I definitely would not recommend them and would not use them again myself.

Excellent experience...they delivered the car right to the hotel without wasting any time...they were always very friendly and available to answer any questions and accommodate my needs...

There are cars that simply get you from point A to point B… and others that make the journey enjoyable. The Fiat 500 is a total winner for exploring Benalmádena. Spotlessly clean, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable.
