We had a car accident when a palm tree fell on our car. The insurance quote we received from AXA Prymar, which we had accepted and paid for, included a replacement car in the event of damage covered by the insurance. However, to this day (5 weeks have passed since the accident), AXA has not provided us with a replacement car, but has instead informed us that the right to a replacement car is not included in the insurance contract, even though the quote explicitly included it. So, without our knowledge, we were given an insurance contract without the replacement car included in the quote and were billed the same amount.

Our car is currently parked at the AXA partner garage that they recommended to us, and the repair work on the car has still not started. We do not know when we will get our own car back. We have not been given a replacement car despite numerous contacts and requests. I am really disappointed with AXA's actions and avoidance of responsibility in our case. The only person at the office who tried to help us was Senna. I cannot recommend the services of AXA Prymar Fuengirola to anyone.
