I was in the store last week and, honestly, I felt very well taken care of by Mercedes; at no point did I feel rushed. I think having only one person on a Saturday morning is crazy, especially if you have several appointments to buy car seats. When you're going to spend 600 or 700 euros, you think twice, even though I had a pretty good idea of ​​what I wanted. We also bought two pairs of shoes, a water bottle, a car mirror, a car seat cover—we made quite a big purchase! But of course, I couldn't monopolize poor Mercedes's attention because people kept coming in (which I'm glad about). They have an incredible selection and variety, and trying out the car seat right there in the garage is super convenient. I recommend it, but I would suggest they rethink their appointment system and have only one person available because we had to wait ages between customers.

I don't usually write reviews (I think this is the first one I've ever done), but if anyone deserves one, it's Diana and Mercedes.

This is a shop where you'll find the safest car seat for your child, and they'll recommend the one that best fits your car. They test as many as necessary, listening to the child if they're older, or considering their size to see how long each seat will last, until they find the perfect one. And sometimes it's not easy; it takes a lot of analysis and patience. I can assure you that they prioritize the best fit; they won't try to force a more expensive one on (as I saw in a previous review). (In fact, I have the seat mentioned in that review, and out of the three they offered us—all three were suitable for our car—we chose this one because we saw it had the most recline, and after 15 months, we're all happy with it.) For my second car, they recommended their cheapest Group 1 car seat because it was the best fit and very safe. They just reinstalled it for my new baby, cleverly fitting the seats I already have.

So, after three children, two cars, and six car seats bought from them, I couldn't be happier. My middle child traveled comfortably and safely rear-facing until he was seven, thanks to their recommendations. They also offer free reinstallation services if you change cars, if the seats need to be moved due to a change in siblings, or if adjustments are needed. They've always tried to find a way to adapt the seats I already have (even though one of the seats isn't theirs—it was a separate gift—they still included it and just reinstalled it with the others).

I highly recommend making an appointment for car seats so they can dedicate the necessary time to you.

I know they're also amazing for babywearing (it's a shame I only discovered them after I'd already sorted out my babywearing needs). And now that they have eco-friendly footwear, they'll definitely be my go-to store for that too. They also have a wide variety of baby products, baby supplies, bottles, toys (this year, the Three Kings took advantage of their moving sale), and more.

They haven't had an easy road to get where they are, but along the way, they've earned the trust of many customers through professionalism, honesty, and excellent service. Best of luck in this new chapter!

A wonderful experience. Diana attended to us with the utmost patience and kindness, explaining everything about the chair and its installation. She helped us remove our old one to try it out and made sure it stayed securely in place, even though it was ours. It's such a shame I live so far away because it would be my go-to shop.
