Everything went wrong from the moment I arrived.
She was almost an hour late seeing me. The salon was filthy, full of unopened boxes; I was about to leave because it felt like a dump. I gave her a chance, and it was a complete disaster. I asked for natural-looking lashes, and after two hours, when she showed me the result, I was utterly horrified. They were cheap-looking lashes, all the same length all over my eyes—it made no sense. I told her right away, went home crying, and she excused herself by saying those were the most natural-looking ones. As soon as I got home, my eyes started hurting terribly. I had awful eye pain for a week. When I wrote to her asking for a refund, she said no because her back hurt during the appointment and it wasn't her problem.
A week later, I literally had no lashes left, neither my own nor the shoddy ones she put on. On top of that, you have to pay in cash because she's not even registered.
It's a total disgrace! You can't play with people's health.
The best at applying eyelash extensions! Always attentive to your requests, she takes care of every detail to ensure you're thrilled with the results. The salon is spotless and the service is always top-notch. 100% recommended!
I had my eyebrows laminated and my eyelashes lifted, and they turned out great. The girl was very friendly and a fantastic professional. I highly recommend it.
