Very bad attitude. One pair of shoes cost 18euro. Again, I only bring one pair of shoes. it cost 18 euros.
The service was wonderful!!! Eva is fantastic and super friendly. I even brought my dress in with the hem ripped and she fixed it. It looks brand new!!! And my husband's suit too.

Málaga's historic core, bounded by the Guadalmedina river to the west, the port to the south and the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro to the east. The district contains the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba fortress, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre, plus the main shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios. Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. The area is almost entirely pedestrianised, served by Metro Atarazanas and the Málaga–Centro Alameda rail station.

I took my daughter's favorite dress to the store; she was going to wear it to her graduation. When I went to pick it up, it was burned from the iron. The worst part is that they didn't call to let me know. I only found out because before I got in the car, the dress fell out of the bag, and I realized the fabric was ruined. I went to talk to the girl who told me the manager wasn't there and that she would call me. The manager, Eva Bazalo (the owner), never did. I went back two weeks later, and she denied to my face that it was burned, saying the fabric was just old… even though the photos clearly show it. Not only did she tell me she would pay for the dress, but I accepted, even though I would only receive 10% of its value. I asked for a complaint form, and I still haven't received anything, not even a call. This is incredibly unprofessional and unethical! Please don't take your clothes there. My daughter was devastated not being able to wear her favorite dress to her graduation, and Ana hasn't even contacted me!
Terrible cleaning. I took my wedding dress back with a dirty hem after the wedding, and they returned it to me practically the same. They said to leave it there again and that they would clean it again, but that was a lie. After two and a half months and several visits, they hadn't done anything. I took it back practically as dirty as when I brought it in.
The service was wonderful!!! Eva is fantastic and super friendly. I even brought my dress in with the hem ripped and she fixed it. It looks brand new!!! And my husband's suit too. Excellent!! I'll definitely be back.
I took my jacket to Bazalo Tintorería Rápida in Larios Centro (owner: Eva Bazalo Trujillo) on May 6, 2025, for cleaning, and they returned it to me in a deplorable state.
There were black lines running parallel to the seams, wear and holes in the protruding parts of the pockets, and the jewelry/metal elements were completely worn away.
I filed a formal complaint on June 21, 2025, and to this day, I haven't received a single response, solution, or apology. This is an absolute lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
