They don't guarantee their products.
I bought two LED bulbs for €1.80 each.
One of them doesn't work. I went back to the store with the bulb, the original packaging, and the receipt.
"The bulbs don't have a warranty because you could replace them with the same one and I wouldn't know." That's their argument. That could be done with many products, so they don't replace them either?
There's nothing about it on the receipt or anywhere else.
I'm not going to file a complaint for that amount, but it's going to cost them more than if they had replaced it, that's for sure.
