Absolute scammers!!!! BE very very careful. We paid a deposit for our car 5 and a half years ago. It was for a long term hire and the deposit was well over €1,000! We recently terminated the contract. Despite having changed our account for the monthly payments for 5 years, and we reminding them to make the refund to the updated account details, they sent it to the old account which no longer exisits. Now they are telling us they cannot refund the deposit to any other account, other than the one we paid from. Absolutely bullshit. So they could take money from our new account for 5 years but not refund to the same ???? We will be reporting you to the Ayuntamiento as well as the EU Consumer Rights Centre! A very dishonest business!

I used Bipi for a full year. On the surface, the service is convenient — subscription model, easy pickup, and return process in theory. However, the back-office operations and customer support were disappointing throughout.

Over the entire year, I only had one positive interaction with a helpful and professional lady over the phone. Every other time, it felt like their attitude was “I don’t care.” Requests were routinely ignored or delayed, and it was hard to reach them by phone — unless they needed something from me, in which case they were suddenly very proactive.

Even after returning the car and leaving the keys as instructed, I got a call two days later asking when I was planning to return the vehicle. It’s clear their internal communication and coordination need serious improvement.

In summary: good idea, poor execution. If you're looking for a service where you actually feel treated like a customer — not just a number — this might not be it.

My experience with Bipi has been very negative. When I changed vehicles within my subscription, it was explicitly confirmed that the remaining mileage from the previous car would be transferred to the new one. However, Bipi later decided not to honor this agreement, citing a change in internal policy effective October.
My contract predates this change; I never signed any new terms nor was I properly notified of any contractual modification. Even so, they are using generic clauses to justify a charge that is not applicable and contradicts what their own team had previously communicated.
Their management has been opaque, completely uncustomer-oriented, and extremely unpleasant. I do not recommend Bipi if you are looking for security, contractual clarity, and respect for prior agreements.

My experience with Bipi has been very negative. They charged me for damages that should be covered by insurance, including the windshield, even though I notified them in advance and they didn't manage the appointment properly. They refuse to provide detailed invoices, using data protection as an excuse, which raises concerns about potential overcharges or even fraud.

The contract has abusive and unclear clauses: the deductible is listed as €300, but in small print it states that it's "per panel," and with five panels, the deductible increases to €1,500 without my consent. They didn't inform me that the deductible could be waived by paying an additional fee. The service management is poor, and communication is opaque.

Furthermore, many positive reviews seem unsubstantiated and unbelievable, while the complaining customers report the same problems I did. I recommend reading the entire contract carefully and exercising extreme caution before hiring Bipi.

I'm very happy with the service I received. I arrived before my appointment and they attended to me without any problems. They were very friendly and the car was very clean, it looked brand new.
