All the good things the Hotel has to offer like the staff which is amazing! is unfortunately taken away by the fact that the one of the main bookings in the hotel are school groups. Taking that in mind! There is a lots of room with teenagers and no supervision. Knocking on doors in the middle of the night, Several of them going to a room at night for fun and not allowing the rest to sleep properly as they make a lot of noise, Vomiting in the lift, pressing all the buttons in the lift when using the lift and so on! I am talking about 30-40-50 teenagers spread in a small hotel! The hotel has lots of 5 stars reviews cos the staff takes the phones when doing shows and create 5 stars reviews themselves! I suggest before you book read the reviews with comments as those are the real ones!

Nice stay at this hotel. Excellent buffet-style food, both at lunch and dinner, and breakfast also with plenty of variety.
Very nice pool and poolside bar, as well as the evening entertainment and restaurant staff.
There could be more drinks included in the all-inclusive package.
The only weak point of the stay was that our towel fell, due to the wind, while drying on the balcony, onto a patio belonging to the hotel. We notified reception, who said they would take care of it, and then the towel disappeared. The hotel did not take responsibility, saying that it must have been a guest who went to get it (since the rooms on the 1st floor should have access to the patio). However, during the 2 days that the towel was there, we always alerted the hotel and they did nothing.
