An unpleasant experience. The young man working there is quite unpleasant, and according to him, the owner ignores the rules posted on the door for his own benefit. A woman was with a baby in one of the cribs, and my son couldn't go upstairs because the baby was trying to climb up, and his mother was blocking the ramp. After a while, the poor boy tried to climb up, and the woman spoke to him quite rudely. So I told her that next time, she shouldn't worry, I was right there, and she should talk to me, not my son, and certainly not like that, since the poor boy hadn't done anything wrong. Suddenly, a woman came running towards me like a madwoman, claiming to be the mother, and things got quite heated because the woman was very aggressive. Her friend kept saying she was going to smash my head in (in front of all the children). I have to admit that I should have kept quiet and let them continue trying to hit and insult me. They were boring...but I couldn't keep quiet because I couldn't believe it...on top of that, this guy comes along and lets whoever he wants in, even though it says no one under three...because that way his boss makes more money (exactly like that)...and I told him that I thought it was fine...but that I pay for my son to play, not for some woman to stand in front of him and not let him play and even yell at him...so he tells me to leave... Unbelievable...just when it seemed like that family was finally bored...the woman calmly gets out, picks up her baby, and leaves...😨😨😨😨...It turns out they weren't related...not even her...not even your aunt...They didn't know each other...!!!!!!...and I grabbed my children with a distraught look on my face and left with the feeling that they had lost out...for not following the rules...for the bad manners of the staff...and for the nonsense of the parents who Sometimes it's better to keep quiet...and obviously...with that individual working there...I'm not taking my children there anymore...(Rincón de la Victoria).

A very good experience at the seafront establishment. The staff were very polite and treated the children well. It will be a pleasure to return.

I asked for information about the mechanical bull, and they were very kind and explained everything in detail, even sending me pictures. I highly recommend it.

I loved the place... Very well equipped and my nieces had a wonderful time... We'll be back 🥰
