Burger King

Very clean inside, and I liked ordering at the Kiosks. European Burger King menu has so many more options than the American menu and the food is much better quality. I also like that they are eco friendly and charge for plastic. The workers were very friendly and working hard because it was very busy. The upstairs has a nice view while you eat.

We always pass by this BK branch. The food is great but unfortunately the place in not clean, not indoors, not outdoors, it's a shame since it's right in the centre of tourism, and always busy with people. Cleanliness should be a priority!!!

Normally I love Burgerking but not this time. We should have left when we saw a man who had soiled himself using the self ordering screens just after us but we had already placed our large order and had paid for it. When we were served the food it was cold, the cokes were flat, the desserts werent given and when member of staff was questioned about desserts she insisted we had only paid for 2 instead of 3 although receipt showed 3 desserts were paid for. Toilets were very dirty and no toilet tissue. Unfortunately we didn't read other reviews before we went or we would have avoided.

Absolutely shocking experience.
On holidays and we wanted to get some nice food from a trusted company like Burger king.
We bought 3 x meals and expected normal service and quality but terrible food. Served us cold burgers and cold chips and wedges, the coke was disgusting flat . Left us short 1 desert and when shown receipt to prove it was 3 she refused and walked away . How this place still operates under Burger king franchise is beyond me. Will be sending an E-mail to their head office as I feel that this is not the first time somebody has complained about same issues we had. Lastly the toilets had no toilet rolls . I have taken the time to write this review to stop any other tourist getting bad service and food.

Only popped in for an ice cream in the afternoon. It was very quiet so service was quick. The restaurant also looked very clean.
