Burger King Alcazabilla

10min for a single shake in an empty restaurant. The shake had clearly old milk, the taste is obvious, had to trow it out. Toilet without paper and broken flusher.

Having ordreded Stacker Wgg Double Large Full Combo an egg was missing from a Stacker Egg Double Beef. It wasn't substituted for a correct one following my complaint, but added one to the one I started eating. Moreover, Mini King Fusion Dubai Cookie Original was not provided. When I realised it was missing, there was no way to reclaim it, since the machine didn't print my receipt. The pigeons could fly in freely that added to the disgust of the experience.

Great burgers as always in Burger King. This restaurant is as great as the other ones food and service wise. There wasn't any coca cola zero at the moment we were there and the interior is a bit old and used. Still the food is great and portions are big so it doesn't impact the overall rating. Would recommend this place for a quick and tasty meal!

By far the worst Burger King branch I have ever visited across more than 20 countries. Despite being in a very touristy part of Malaga, the staff didn't know any English at all. The self-service machine had an issue and wouldn't let us order the Steakhouse menus, and when we tried to order from the register instead, the service and attitude from the cashier were terrible. Extremely poor customer service. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This branch really need a change of staff and working culture . It was dirty at sight. I order a large wooper double combo . Fries were soggy and not dry enough to make it crispy and solid ; burguer was so so and delay quite the time, I've cream was made it poorly and at last costumer service was one of the most awful experiences I have in Málaga .the lady there don't care at all abou costumers.I tried Burguer king in other branches sometime ago and was one of the best so this experience really shock me..
