I had my car towed to this garage due to an urgent issue and explained the situation clearly. I was initially told it would take at least 3 weeks, which I understood and accepted.
However, after I agreed to the wait, the lady changed her mind and said they don’t want the job and don’t have time for “this kind of big job.” The way this was communicated came across as rude and unprofessional.
I had already brought my car here twice before because it’s the closest option, but after this experience I won’t be coming back.
They might be good mechanics, but customer service clearly falls short, and I won’t be leaving my money somewhere I’m treated like that.

I reached out with an urgent issue and, despite explaining the situation, was told I would need to wait several weeks. What was more disappointing was the tone of communication, which came across as dismissive and unhelpful.

As someone who had been recommended to this business and was intending to pass on further recommendations, this experience fell well below expectations. I ultimately took my business elsewhere. Would not recommend

Kirstie was so helpful, if I am ever back there and need a mechanic I won't go anywhere else. We were on holidays and using a friends Seat Alhambra when the mirror broke, Kiratie got us sorted thankfully.
