My mother was basically looked up and down, and treated incredibly dry when asking about your dresses and craftsmanship.
It's a shame you dont train your redheaded worker in customer service or atleast on how to treat people. I've worked in retail for over 5 years and that attitude wouldn't fly in my shops.
