This is NOT how you should run a business and treat the customers. First of all it took almost 2 months for the ceramics to be ready and when I went to pick them up during the opening hours on Google, the shop was closed. I texted them on WhatsApp, and they told me to come back another time, between 19-21. When I went back the second time, during the suggested hours, they were closed again and blamed me for not writing them in advance. It took 2 months and 3 visits to the shop to retrieve my pieces not once did they apologize and they made it seem like I was the one to blame.
A great evening with the girls
They were so accommodating and helpful and they made sure I was happy with what I wanted to do. Definately recommend

I don’t recommend, there are many better alternatives available.

Good afternoon, we were there today, May 31st.
Everything was wonderful. My mom was at such an event for the first time and doesn't speak Spanish, only Russian. They came up and showed us everything, and I translated.
The appetizers were excellent, as was the wine.
And the real highlight was the cheesecake. Thank you.

I was given two gift cards for a workshop (€80 each), and at no point was an expiration date mentioned, nor is it indicated on the cards. Months later, when I tried to use them, the company refused, citing an expiration date they had never communicated. They offered no alternative or compensation... I was disappointed I hadn't been able to visit the place.
