Everything at their construction site is chaos, the management is unprofessional and only focuses on getting extra payments. There is no timetable and their craftsmen work without access to a toilet, shower or similar. Barriers and proper scaffolding are not set up, so the workers put their lives at risk every day. At the slightest disagreement, they leave the construction site without warning and cut off all communication. Constantly like working with a gun to your chest
